Cancel AA New Zealand

Phone only. The AA help page is explicit: deleting your online account does not cancel the membership, and to cancel you call 0800 500 444, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Member subscriptions are non-refundable, so cancelling part way through the year gets nothing back.

  1. Call the AA Customer Contact Centre on 0800 500 444, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
  2. Say you want to cancel your AA Membership
  3. Sign in at my.aa.co.nz/my-membership first if you want to check your plan and renewal date
  4. Ask for written confirmation and the date cover ends
  5. Deleting the online account on its own does not cancel the membership
