What we do not collect

You cannot create an account here and we do not want one. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from third-party servers: the font, the styles and the data are all served from tapcancel.com. When you press a cancel button you leave for the company’s own site, and what happens there is between you and them. We never see it.

Your country

To show services sold where you are, the site asks our host which country your request came from and gets back a two-letter code, nothing more. If you pick a different country yourself, that choice is kept in your browser’s session storage and disappears when you close the tab. We do not store it anywhere.

The report form

When you report a broken link or suggest a service, we store what you typed, the page you sent it from, and your email address if you chose to give one. That is the entire record. We use it to fix the link or add the service, and the email only to reply about your report. It is never used for marketing and never shared or sold. Reports are deleted once they are dealt with, and at the latest within 12 months.

Please do not put account numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in the form. It is read by a person, but it is still a text box on the internet.

Who touches the data

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) to run the service. Form reports are stored with Supabase and a copy is emailed to us via Resend so we act on them quickly. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own published terms. There is no one else.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or anywhere else with data protection rights: the only thing we could possibly hold about you is a report you sent. To see it or have it deleted, send a message through the suggest form saying so, including the email address you used, and we will delete it and confirm.
