Cancel ABCmouse

Cancellation happens inside the ABCmouse app, not on the website. Open Settings, then Manage My Account, then Cancel Membership on the Membership Details page, and follow the prompts to the confirmation email. ABCmouse Classic accounts can only be cancelled by Customer Care.

Then ABCmouse cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Steps

Open the ABCmouse app and log in
Click the avatar or profile icon in the upper left corner
Click Settings in the lower left corner, and enter your birth year or password if asked
Select Manage My Account
On the Membership Details page select Cancel Membership at the bottom and follow the prompts
Watch for the confirmation email, if you land back on the home screen with no confirmation message check your inbox
If you sign in with ABCmouse Classic credentials, contact ABCmouse Customer Care instead, Classic can no longer be cancelled in the app
If the Apple App Store or Google Play billed you, cancel in that store instead
