Cancel ABEMA

The account management page. Under 視聴プラン choose 登録/解約する, then 解約に進む next to the paid plan, 解約を続ける, the optional survey, and 解約する twice. Finish at least 24 hours before renewal or you are billed again.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then ABEMA cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Open abema.tv/account in a browser and make sure you are signed in to the account that pays
Under アカウント管理 find 視聴プラン and choose 登録/解約する
Next to the paid plan choose 解約に進む
Choose 解約を続ける on the cancellation page
Answer the optional survey and choose 解約する
Choose 解約する again on the final confirmation and check the plan shows 解約済み
