Cancel AcuraLink

Acura's terms let you cancel in the AcuraLink app, on the MyGarage website, or by calling 1-800-382-2238 and choosing the AcuraLink prompt. Cancel an annual plan more than 30 days in and you get a prorated refund. A monthly plan runs to the next renewal and refunds nothing. Automatic collision notification has to be switched off by phone.

  1. Sign in to MyGarage at mygarage.honda.com, the Acura owner site sends you there, and open the subscription for your vehicle
  2. Or open the AcuraLink app and cancel from the subscription screen
  3. Or call AcuraLink Customer Care on 1-800-382-2238 and choose the prompt for AcuraLink
  4. To turn off automatic collision notification and similar safety services you must call, the terms say so explicitly
  5. Tell Acura if you sell the car, otherwise you stay liable for usage charges
