Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Pick the plan, choose Manage plan, then Cancel your plan, and work through Adobe's retention offers. Cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. After 14 days an annual plan paid monthly charges an early termination fee of 50 percent of the remaining balance. Storage drops to 5 GB.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Microsoft or PayPal?
Then Adobe Creative Cloud cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Open Plans and payment
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to stop
- Select Cancel your plan
- Work through the offer screens and confirm
- If you bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel there instead
