Cancel Agency

Log in first, then open this link. Scroll to the bottom of the payment page, select I want to cancel and complete the whole flow. Adjust or cancel at least two business days before the next shipment. No confirmation email means you are still subscribed. Pausing only postpones a shipment.

Sign in at app.agencyskin.com
Open the payment page from the dropdown menu
Select I want to cancel at the bottom of the page
Complete the full cancellation flow to submit the request
Check for the confirmation email, without it the account is not cancelled
Act at least two business days before the next shipment date
