Cancel aha

Your account area. Open Subscription Details under settings and cancel there. A plan bought through Google Play, the App Store, Amazon or Roku can only be stopped in that store.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku?

Then aha cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
