Cancel Ahead

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends or it renews. If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play, Ahead cannot refund those. If you subscribed on the web, use the account page at ahead-app.com/account or the Stripe customer portal link.

Steps

Check where you subscribed, in the app or on the web
On iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ahead
On Android open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions
On the web open ahead-app.com/account, or use the Stripe customer portal link from your receipt
Or email hi@ahead-app.com, requests are processed within two business days
