Deactivating is how you cancel Albert. Bring Savings and Investing balances to zero first or the page will not let you finish. Your login stays alive and you can reactivate later. Any advance or loan balance still has to be repaid.

If the button does not land you there

Withdraw everything from Albert Savings and Investing so both balances are zero
Open albert.com/deactivate and sign in
Choose Deactivate account to cancel the subscription
Choose permanent account closure instead if you want every Albert account shut
