Cancel AllTrails

AllTrails publishes app steps only. In the iOS or Android app tap your profile image, tap the settings gear, then tap Manage subscription under Account and follow the prompts. A subscription bought in the app cancels in the App Store or Google Play instead.

Open the AllTrails app and tap your profile image at the top right
Tap the settings gear icon at the top right
Tap Manage subscription under Account and follow the prompts
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel under Subscriptions in your iPhone settings
If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel under Payments and subscriptions in the Play Store
If you no longer have the device, the support bot Scout can turn auto-renew off from the chat icon on the help article
