Cancel Alura

Open the Renovacao de plano tab and press Desativar renovacao automatica, then confirm. Access runs to the end of the plan you paid for. Alura refunds only inside the first 7 days after a charge, and after that a plan is treated as a licence already delivered.

Sign in at cursos.alura.com.br
Click your name at the top right and choose Minha matricula
Open the Renovacao de plano tab
Press Desativar renovacao automatica and confirm
For a refund inside 7 days of the charge, message the Student Experience team on WhatsApp instead

Other countries

Brazil: Alura's help page grants a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of buying, citing the Codigo de Defesa do Consumidor. From the eighth day there is no refund. Auto renewal only applies to card purchases made from 2025 onwards, not to Pix or boleto.
