Cancel amaysim
Cancel by chat with amaysim, or by email out of hours. You lose the mobile number, any remaining credit or data and saved voicemail. To keep your number, just ask the new provider for the transfer: they contact amaysim and that cancels the service. Turning auto-renew off in My amaysim only stops the next renewal.

- Keeping your number? Contact the new provider to arrange the transfer. They organise the transfer with amaysim and that cancels your amaysim service
- Postpaid customers may be asked for an account number: it is in the top right hand corner of any amaysim bill
- Otherwise open amaysim.com.au/help/contact and chat with amaysim, or use email if it is out of hours
- Ask to cancel the SIM plan or Home Internet plan
- To only stop the next renewal, switch auto-renew off under Manage Plan in My amaysim or the amaysim app. The service then moves to AS YOU GO when the plan expires
