Cancel AMC Stubs A-List

AMC's own cancel screen for the A-List plan. Opening it logged out brings up AMC's login box and returns you to the cancel page once you sign in. AMC blocks every logged-out request, so the number of offer screens, any minimum term and the cooling-off rules could not be read from outside an account.
