Cancel Ancestry

This link opens your subscriptions page. Choose the subscription and cancel it. Expect offers of a discount or a pause before the confirmation. Access runs to the end of the paid term, and your tree and DNA results stay in your account after that.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open ancestry.com/account/subscriptions and sign in
  2. Select the subscription you want to end
  3. Choose the cancel option
  4. Work through the discount and pause offers to the confirmation
  5. If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead
