There is no online cancellation in Japan. Go to your home club in person and hand in a 退会届 yourself. Submit it by the 10th of the month and membership ends on the last day of that month, otherwise you pay another month.

Steps

Go to your home club, the one you joined at, during staffed hours
Fill in and hand over a 退会届 in person, nobody else can do it for you
Do this by the 10th of the month to end the membership on the last day of that month
Expect one last fee: direct debit is taken on the 27th of your final month, cards on the card company's own schedule
Ask the club to confirm the end date
