Cancel Apple Arcade

Sign in with your Apple Account, find Apple Arcade in the list and choose Cancel Subscription. Access runs to the end of the paid period. On an iPhone or iPad this link opens the App Store subscriptions screen instead of a web page.

Opens apps.apple.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple?

Then Apple Arcade cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
