Cancel Asana
Open the admin console, go to the Billing tab and choose Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date and paid features stay until then. A manually invoiced plan cannot self serve, you contact support from the same Billing tab.

Opens app.asana.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
What to expect
Buried in settingsIf the button does not land you there
- Sign in at app.asana.com as a billing owner, admin or super admin
- Click your profile photo, then Admin console
- Open the Billing tab
- Under Plan details choose Cancel plan
- For a team plan, cancel through Team Settings instead
- On a trial the same button reads Cancel trial
