Cancel atresplayer

In Mi cuenta open Suscripcion y paquetes, tap the plan you hold, then Cancelar suscripcion / No renovar. Atresmedia's FAQ says to do this in a browser. You keep watching to the end of the period and can switch the plan back on at any time.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or PayPal?

Then atresplayer cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open atresplayer.com in a browser and sign in
  2. Open Mi cuenta from the profile icon at the top right
  3. Choose Suscripcion y paquetes
  4. Tap your plan, then Cancelar suscripcion / No renovar
  5. If iTunes, Amazon, Movistar, Vodafone or Orange bills you, cancel with them instead

Other countries

Spain: carrier billing runs through Movistar, Vodafone and Orange, and each handles its own cancellations. Atresplayer also accepts the Bono Cultural Joven.
