Cancel Aura

Aura says you can cancel by logging in to your account or by calling the number in your dashboard. Its refund policy gives 1-833-552-2123 and a 60 day window from the first charge. Cancel at least one day before the next billing cycle starts.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Aura cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Buried in settings

If the button does not land you there

Sign in at my.aura.com
Open your account dashboard and look for the subscription or membership section
Cancel the membership there
If you cannot find it, call Aura on 1-833-552-2123
Do this at least one day before the next billing cycle begins
