Cancel Backblaze

There is no cancel button. Delete every backup and licence one at a time, each confirmed by a code emailed to the account address, then delete the account from My Settings. Support cannot do it for you and the deletions are irreversible.

Sign in at secure.backblaze.com/user_signin.htm
Under Computer Backup open Preferences, then Delete Backup for each backup, entering the emailed confirmation code each time
Under Computer Backup open Overview and delete each unused licence
Open My Settings from the user menu in the top right, then Delete Account
Confirm with the emailed or app generated code
