Cancel Better

The Better customer portal. Open Memberships, then Manage Membership, then Cancel Membership. You need to give at least 20 calendar days notice before your next direct debit date, and wait for the confirmation before you stop the direct debit at the bank.

Sign in at better.org.uk/my-account or in the Better UK app
Open My Account, then Memberships, then Manage Membership
Choose Cancel Membership
Do this at least 20 calendar days before your next direct debit date
Wait for confirmation, and chase customerservices@gll.org if none arrives within 3 days
Cancel the direct debit at your bank only after the last payment has been taken
