Cancel BetterHelp

You land on account settings after signing in. Open Payment settings, then Change plan or Quit Counseling, and choose Quit Counseling. You answer a short set of questions about why. Therapy continues to the end of the paid period.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?

Then BetterHelp cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  2. Open the Menu, then My Account or Account settings
  3. Open Payment settings
  4. Choose Change Plan or Quit Counseling, then Quit Counseling
  5. Answer the questions and confirm
