Cancel Bitdefender

The My Payments tab in Bitdefender Central. Select View details, then Manage your subscription renewal options, then End Auto-Renewal. You pick a reason and confirm twice. Auto-renewal status updates right away and a confirmation email follows.

Go to Bitdefender’s cancel page

Opens central.bitdefender.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Bitdefender cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  2. Open My Subscriptions, then the My Payments tab
  3. Select View details for the product
