Cancel BJ's Wholesale Club

No online cancel button. BJ's own article lists five routes: the member services desk in any club, email to CustomerCare@bjs.com, chat from BJs.com/help, a call to 800-BJS-CLUB, or a letter. Only the primary member can cancel, and doing so ends every supplemental membership at the same time.
