Cancel Bluehost

In the control panel you can switch renewal to Manual Renew or Do not renew, which keeps the site running to the end of the term. Cancelling outright, or claiming the 30 day money back guarantee, needs a phone call on 888-401-4678 or chat.

  2. Click the Account icon at the top right, then Products
  3. Click Renew next to the hosting plan to see Renewal options
  4. Choose Manual Renew or Do not renew, pick a reason, then click Continue
  5. For a cancellation or a refund, call 888-401-4678 (US only) or use chat support
