Call Boost Customer Care on (833) 502-6678 to cancel a line. Keeping your number? Do not cancel: call the same number for a port out PIN, one for each number, and the line cancels by itself once the transfer completes. Any device financing balance lands on your next bill.

  1. Call Boost Customer Care on (833) 502-6678 and ask to cancel the line
  2. Keeping your number? Do not cancel the line. Call (833) 502-6678 and ask for a port out PIN: you need one for each number you are moving
  3. Give the PIN to the new carrier. The line cancels automatically once the number transfer is complete, and the account stays active until the last line has moved
  4. Any remaining balance on a device financing agreement is applied on your next bill
  5. Promotions and benefits on that line are lost, and discontinued plans or add ons may not be available if you come back
