  1. Open boost.com.au/web-message-us or the My Boost Mobile App and message Boost, 7am to 11pm AEST, 7 days
  2. Ask for the service to be cancelled
  3. Or call 125 8881 as a Boost customer, 8am to 8pm AEST, 7 days
  4. If you simply stop recharging, the service is deemed inactive after 6 months and you lose the number
