Cancel Box

On a Personal Pro account, Cancel Account sits in Account Settings and asks you to complete a survey. The account stays open until the end of the service term. Business and Enterprise accounts can only be cancelled by an admin in the Admin Console.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in at box.com and open Account Settings
Personal Pro: click Cancel Account, complete the survey and confirm
Business or Enterprise: an admin opens Admin Console, Account and Billing, then Cancel Account in the Status field
Free personal accounts cannot be cancelled, only deleted with Permanently Delete Account
