Cancel Brightside Health
Sign in to the Brightside portal, choose Settings, then Manage Plan, then Cancel My Medication Plan or Cancel My Therapy Plan. Medication and therapy are separate plans and each one cancels on its own. Brightside asks you to message your provider first.
Go to Brightside Health’s cancel page
Opens app.brightside.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
What to expect
Buried in settingsIf the button does not land you there
- Sign in to the Brightside portal at app.brightside.com
- Select Settings from the menu bar
- Select Manage Plan
- Choose Cancel My Medication Plan or Cancel My Therapy Plan
- Repeat for the other plan if you hold both
