Cancel BritBox
Use a computer browser, the TV and mobile apps cannot cancel. On My Account open Plan and Billing, choose Cancel Subscription, then confirm on the pop up. Access runs to the end of the billing period.
Go to BritBox’s cancel page
Opens britbox.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku?
Then BritBox cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Open britbox.com on a computer and sign in
- Select the profile icon, then My Account
- Scroll to Plan and Billing
- Choose Cancel Subscription
- Confirm on the pop up
