Cancel Buffer
Click the three dot menu on the billing page and choose Cancel Plan. Buffer shows which channels will lock, asks for a reason and shows a summary of your activity before you confirm. The plan stays active to the end of the billing period.
Go to Buffer’s cancel page
Opens account.buffer.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Buffer cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Sign in and open account.buffer.com/billing
- Click the three vertical dots, then Cancel Plan
- Review the channels that will be locked
- Pick a reason from the survey
- Confirm the cancellation
- If you subscribed in the mobile app, cancel through the App Store or Google Play instead
