There is no cancel button in myBupa. The page Bupa sends cancellation callers to only offers WhatsApp or iMessage, so it is a conversation either way. Customer Service is 134 135, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm Australian eastern time.
