There is no cancel button. Call +353 1 230 8044 between 9.30am and 5.30pm Irish time, Monday to Friday, or email the subscriptions team. Access runs to the expiry date you have paid for and unused time is not refunded.

Give the full name and email address used to subscribe
If Apple or Google Play bills you, cancel in your device's subscription area instead

Other countries

There is a 14 day right to cancel from the first payment, exercised in writing by email or by post to Post Publications Ltd, 2nd Floor, Block B, Merrion Centre, Merrion Road, Dublin D04 W8W2. Outside that window the first payment is not refunded.
