Cancel BYJU'S

BYJU'S publishes no cancel page. Its FAQ says a subscription can be cancelled any time from the Parent Zone in the app, or from your Play Store account if Google billed you.

  1. Open the BYJU'S app and go to Parent Zone
  2. Open the payments or subscription section and cancel
  3. If Google Play billed you, cancel in Play Store subscriptions instead
  4. If neither works, email support@byjus.com or call +91 9243500459
