Cancel CAA

There is no single CAA account. CAA is a federation of regional clubs and caa.ca asks for your postal code, then sends you to your own club's site. Ontario alone has three clubs. Cancellation, refunds and notice all follow that club's rules, and most take it by phone.

Open caa.ca/services/membership and enter your postal code to reach your own CAA Club site
Sign in there and look for the membership or member services section
Call that club's member services number and ask to cancel
Ask what refund applies to the unused part of the year, it is set by the club, not by CAA National
Cancel any associate members on the same call

Every province is served by its own CAA Club with its own account system and its own cancellation rules. Ontario is split three ways: CAA Niagara, CAA South Central Ontario and CAA North and East Ontario.
