- Email epapersupport@calgaryherald.com to cancel an Online Access subscription

- For home delivery email mysubscription@calgaryherald.com or call 1-800-372-9219
- ePaper billing runs to the end of the current cycle and, apart from the Vancouver Sun, is not refundable
