The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: epapersupport@calgaryherald.com for Online Access, epapersupport@calgaryherald.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@calgaryherald.com or 1-800-372-9219 for home delivery.

Then Calgary Herald cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email epapersupport@calgaryherald.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@calgaryherald.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@calgaryherald.com or call 1-800-372-9219
  6. ePaper billing runs to the end of the current cycle and, apart from the Vancouver Sun, is not refundable
