Cancel Canary

Log in, select your location, click Manage Service Plan, then Cancel Premium Service. Download anything you want to keep first, cancelling drops you to Basic and takes 60 day cloud recording and video downloads with it. Monthly refunds only inside 3 days, annual inside 14.

Opens my.canary.is in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple?

Then Canary cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Log in at my.canary.is and select your location
Click Manage Service Plan
Click Cancel Premium Service and follow the instructions
Download any clips you want to keep before you do this
If Apple billed you, cancel under Subscriptions in iOS Settings instead
