Cancel Canva
Sign in, find your plan and choose Cancel plan. Expect an offer to pause for up to three months, then a reason picker, then a final Cancel subscription. Paid features run to the end of the billing period.

Opens canva.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Canva cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in at canva.com
- Open your account menu, then Settings
- Open Billing (Contract period in Japan)
- Choose Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation
- Pick a reason, then Cancel subscription
