Cancel Care.com

Care.com publishes no cancel URL. Open the Me menu, then Account and Settings or Settings and Privacy, scroll to My Plan and click Cancel Subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically. You get a confirmation screen and an email, and keep the plan's features until the date shown on your account page.

Sign in at care.com on a desktop browser
Click the Me menu at the top of the page
Select Account and Settings, or Settings and Privacy
Scroll down to My Plan and click Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan
Follow the prompts to confirm, then look for the confirmation screen and email
If My Plan says the subscription is managed by Apple, cancel it in the App Store instead
