Cancel CCleaner

Sign in to the subscription management portal, then click Cancel under Current plan. Your licence stays active to the end of the term you already paid for and no automatic payment is taken after that. CCleaner Android Pro is cancelled in Google Play instead.

Then CCleaner cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open the CCleaner subscription management portal
  2. Sign in with the email address the licence was bought with
  3. Under Current plan, click Cancel
  4. For CCleaner Android Pro, cancel the subscription in Google Play instead
  5. Check the refund article if the licence term has not ended yet
