Cancel Cerebral

Log in on the app or the web, open the menu at the top right, then My Account, then Subscription Plan, then Cancel Subscription. The plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle and you can still see your prescriber or therapist until then.

  1. Log in to your Cerebral account in the mobile app or a web browser
  2. Click the menu in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Go to My Account, then Subscription Plan
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription
  5. Talk to your prescriber or therapist first if you are on medication, and email support@cerebral.com if you get stuck
