Cancel Character.AI

Cancelling on the web goes through a customer portal you cannot open directly. Press Manage on your plan, type your account email, then open the secure link Character.AI emails you and cancel there. Plus lasts to the end of the period.

Sign in at character.ai on the web
Open Settings, then Account, then Manage
If the plan says it is managed by an app store, cancel in that store instead
Enter the email address on your Character.AI account
Open the Log in to your Customer Portal link Character.AI emails you, checking spam if nothing arrives within five minutes
Cancel the c.ai+ subscription in the portal
