Cancel Chess.com

The Membership settings page. Scroll to Cancel Premium Membership, click it, then confirm with Cancel My Membership on the next screens. Premium runs to the end of the billing period and the account then drops to free Basic. Apple, Google Play and PayPal subscriptions cancel where you bought them.

Then Chess.com cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  3. Choose Membership
  4. Scroll to Cancel Premium Membership and click it
  5. Confirm with Cancel My Membership
