Cancel chocoZAP

Cancel from the chocoZAP app under 退会の手続き, or from My Page at my.chocozap.jp. Apply between the 1st and the 10th to end the plan at the end of that month, from the 11th it ends at the end of the following month. After cancelling you stay a free member and keep the app.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open the chocoZAP app and go to メニュー, then 退会の手続き, then 退会の手続きへ進む
  2. Or sign in at my.chocozap.jp and open 退会の手続き
  3. Apply between the 1st and the 10th of a month to end the plan at the end of that month, from the 11th it ends at the end of the following month
  4. The final month's fee is billed the month before, so an end of March cancellation is charged in February
  5. Check the withdrawal month on My Page afterwards, a submitted request cannot be cancelled or moved
  6. A monthly plan cannot be ended inside a period already paid for, and deleting the app or the ZAP ID is a separate step that does not end a paid plan
