Cancel Circle
The Circle customer portal, for subscriptions bought on meetcircle.com. Check the source first: open the Circle app, tap Menu, Settings, then Subscription. Apple, Google and Aura billed plans cannot be cancelled here. Circle support is email only, at help@meetcircle.com.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Circle cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Open the Circle Parental Controls app, tap Menu, Settings, then Subscription to see who bills you
- If it says meetcircle.com or Bundled, log in to the customer portal and cancel there
- If it says Apple or Google, cancel in that store
- If it says Aura, email support@aura.com or call 1-833-552-2123
- Or email help@meetcircle.com
