Cancel Circle

The Circle customer portal, for subscriptions bought on meetcircle.com. Check the source first: open the Circle app, tap Menu, Settings, then Subscription. Apple, Google and Aura billed plans cannot be cancelled here. Circle support is email only, at help@meetcircle.com.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Circle cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Buried in settings

If the button does not land you there

Open the Circle Parental Controls app, tap Menu, Settings, then Subscription to see who bills you
If it says meetcircle.com or Bundled, log in to the customer portal and cancel there
If it says Apple or Google, cancel in that store
If it says Aura, email support@aura.com or call 1-833-552-2123
