Cancel CityFitness

CityFitness needs 4 weeks notice and a Membership Cancellation Request form filled in at a club. If you cannot get in, type cancel into the support box at the bottom right of the help centre and follow the prompts. Medical cancellations take 2 working days with a certificate.

Go into a CityFitness club and fill in a Membership Cancellation Request form
If you cannot get in, open help.cityfitness.co.nz and type cancel into the support box at the bottom right
Expect 4 weeks notice and expect to pay through it
For a medical cancellation, bring a valid medical certificate, notice drops to 2 working days
Keep written confirmation before the next payment
