Cancel ClassPass

The Settings page, where the red Cancel your membership link sits. Send the request at least 48 hours before the renewal date, and treat the confirmation email as the proof. Cancelling during a trial is immediate and takes your credits and booked classes with it.

Then ClassPass cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at classpass.com
  2. Open classpass.com/settings/membership, or click your initial, choose Account, then Settings
  3. Click the red Cancel your membership link and follow the prompts
  4. Check for the cancellation confirmation email, no email means the request did not go through
