Cancel Claude Pro

The Billing page in your settings. Click Cancel and confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Your paid plan runs to the end of the current billing period, then the account drops to the free tier.

Opens claude.ai in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Claude Pro cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at claude.ai on a web browser or open the desktop app
  2. Click your initials or name in the lower left corner, then Settings
  3. Open Billing
  4. Click Cancel and confirm
  5. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel in that store instead
