Cancel Cleo

Cancelling happens in the Cleo app: open your profile, choose Subscriptions, then Unsubscribe from Cleo Plus. A confirmation email follows. Typing cancel in the chat starts the same flow. Any advance you have taken still has to be repaid.

  1. Open the Cleo app and go to your profile
  2. Select Subscriptions
  3. Tap Unsubscribe from Cleo Plus, or Builder or Pro for those plans
  4. Watch for the confirmation email
  5. Deleting the app does not cancel anything, and any cash advance still has to be repaid on its original date
